The Power Plant was destroyed long ago by one of the rumored Deoxys that still live on the Earth, leaving it abandoned and a perfect habitat for many different species of Pokemon, maybe even legendary ones. Rumor has it that Zapdos , Bird-of-Lightning, makes it's nest here.
Around the Power Plant, there are many loose electrical wires and large machines blocking your path. Hope you can make it through!
